This year has been a doozy. Is that an understatement? I think so. Maybe definitely.
We took a little family getaway to a VRBO place we found in Cedar Point, NC. It was on the water for kayak access. The boat ramp was .75 miles away. And the house was as cute as it could be! We were able to access amazing, white sand beaches like these…..
Four days of stunning, beautiful, perfect weather around 80 degrees, water just warm enough to still get in, and time away in the sand was just what we all needed! Can we go back tomorrow?? We kayaked, found oyster beds, jelly fish, a million shells, and saw a baby dolphin jump out of the water! The water was almost cold….but not cold enough for me to stay out of it!
Hope to visit again soon. It was just what we needed. Love what NC has to offer!
