This year is focusing on consistency. My goal is to exercise 365 days!!
Yes, every day. Now….let’s be realistic. Every day isn’t going to be something intense & crazy! Some days may just be abs, or walking the dogs around the block, or something kinda’ easy. But some days are going to be no joke!!
I also signed up for Camp Gladiator this year. I’m a little nervous, not gonna lie. Little nervous about the really cold days and the really hot days. A little uncomfortable with the crowd and where my fitness level is these days. But that’s part of the journey, right? Being a little uncomfortable??
