My Word for 2015 is “perspective”

My word for 2015 was PERSPECTIVE. I intentionally put that word up in several places in my house so I’d see it. If I was going to be asked for work to have a word, I wanted it to be meaningful rather than just forgetting about it in 3 days. So “perspective” is near my alarm clock, on the door in my bathroom, in the linen closet (so it’ll surprise me, oh! I forgot you were here!) and in the laundry room since I spend hours in there.

I’ll say that I’m surprised at how many times I’ve noticed it, thought about it, considered it in stressful times, considered it in meaningful times, etc. It’s been a great word for 2015. I still have some time to finish the year with this word, but I’ll also be thinking of the best word for 2016.

Any suggestions? Do you have a word of the year?
